Since 2007, Compass Outdoor Adventures has grown alongside the people and organizations we serve. What started as guided outdoor experiences has evolved into something bigger — and more intentional.

Over the years, our team building programs became a core part of our work. As companies looked for meaningful ways to connect, collaborate, and recharge their teams, we leaned in. We listened. We built. We refined.
