Compass Teams'’ Play programs are all about ditching the "corporate" vibe in favor of some serious fun. Whether you’re diving into a round of Trivia & Tomfoolery, racing through the streets on a Scavenger Hunt, or competing in the Pub Olympics. It’s not about stiff networking or forced icebreakers; it’s about grabbing a drink, laughing until your sides hurt, and bonding with your team over some lighthearted competition. If you’re looking to trade the boardroom for a field day and actually enjoy your coworkers' company, this is how you do it.
Pub Olympics
Who doesn't like a little friendly competition? Pub Olympics allows your team to connect and compete with each other through light conversation and a big dose of fun. This is a perfect networking or getting-to-laugh-together event.
Teams of two or three rotate through a variety of games, all designed to accommodate a beverage in hand should you like.
After each round, our team will hand out a select number of tokens based on who won or lost the round. At the end of the event, each team will count up their tokens and we will determine who the ultimate Olympic Champs are!!
Games can include Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Giant Connect 4, Giant War, Giant Ball Pong, Tenzi, Bocce, Axe Throwing and more. The key is light, competitive fun and memorable connections.

5th Grade Field Day
Remember the relay races, mental challenges, and full class tug o' wars of the past? That's EXACTLY what our Fifth Grade Field Day is. Fun, Competition, and Frivolity.
We'll divide your group into teams and then pit them against each other in the zaniest of challenges. Physical and mental challenges ensure everyone can put their strengths to the test.
Stations could include... Watermelon Eating Contest, Water Balloon Toss, Rubber Ducky Relay, Ladder Walkers, 4 Way Tug of War, Egg in Spoon Race... and so much more!

Trivia and Tomfoolery
This isn’t your average game of trivia, it’s Trivia & Tomfoolery! Well suited for groups of all sizes, this short, fun, and engaging event is sure to be a hit with your team with laughter guaranteed.
Trivia & Tomfoolery is the perfect program to fit into any offsite event or as a quick stand alone activity to get your team together and laughing.
Teams compete in a tech-based trivia program to earn points, working together to win the ultimate prize, bragging rights! Between rounds, we’ll get everyone up and moving with our Tomfoolery challenges. These challenges are full of energy and ridiculousness. Just having a wealth of knowledge of random facts isn't enough to win this trivia game. It’s all about communicating, collaborating, and having fun!

Scavenger Hunt
In our Bike Build Scavenger Hunt, your team's efforts will help bring the gift of freedom and adventure to kids all over the Puget Sound. After your event we donate these high-quality youth bikes that your team built to Treehouse and Bike Works Seattle.
In teams of 3-4, using our interactive, app-based scavenger hunt, your team will travel through the field of play, solving missions designed to win parts and tools. We added some creative and active missions that will have your team laughing and having a blast. Once you've received all your parts, we'll transition to a collaborative bike build facilitated by our expert mechanics.
Finally, after a safety check by our mechanics, we'll have your teams test out these fine machines with a game we like to call “Foot Down” (helmets provided).

Back 9 Build-Off
Unleash your team's inner architects to build synergy as creative ingenuity transforms everyday items into the ultimate custom course. Our mini-golf experience centers on connecting through discovery and play, ensuring every hole-in-one is a win for your team.
The Experience
The Shotgun Start: After we break the group into 9 teams, we kick things off with a high-energy icebreaker designed to spark communication and get the competitive juices flowing.
The Pro-Shop Scramble: Teams compete in a high-stakes challenges to secure premium construction materials, from professional-grade turf and bumpers to specialized "mystery components" that define your course's difficulty.
The Build: Teams collaborate to design a signature flag and engineer a fully playable mini-golf hole. This phase requires balancing bold, creative design with the structural integrity needed to survive a full round of play.
The Tournament & Wrap Up: Putting your prototypes to the test! We play a full 9-hole round on the collective course, concluding with a ceremony to crown the champions and celebrate the most innovative designs.
DIY Wood Buring
Imagine your team gathered around tables, the gentle scent of scorched wood and creativity filling the air. Our DIY wood-burning event is a hands-on way to spark collaboration, artistic expression, and a lasting sense of accomplishment within your team.
Each team member receives a smooth, pre-cut piece of wood, along with a wood-burning tool (also known as a pyrography pen). After a brief safety demonstration and an introduction to basic techniques (like shading, outlining, and creating different textures), the real fun ignites!
Teams can work individually on their own masterpieces or collaborate on a larger piece that represents their collective vision.
By the end, everyone takes home a unique, handcrafted memento—a tangible reminder of a fun, creative, and unifying team experience.
